Shifts for Experienced Butcher:
- 08:00 am – 16:00 pm
- Monday to Friday
Main Duties of Experienced Butcher:
- Ensuring all products meet quality, weight and presentation standards.
- Using knives, saws and other butchery equipment safely and effectively.
- Cutting, deboning, trimming and portioning meat products to specification.
- Maintaining maximum yield while minimising product waste.
- Conducting quality checks throughout the production process.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily production targets.
- Reporting equipment faults, quality concerns and safety issues to supervisors.
