Location: Derby
Salary: £40,300 per year
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:30
Includes 30 minutes paid travel each way
1 in 4 Saturdays required
Our Client:
We are working on behalf of our client, a reputable and growing business in the heating sector. They are currently seeking an experienced Service & Repair Engineer to join their team, covering the DE postcode area.
Role Overview:
This is a field-based role suited to a skilled and reliable professional with a strong background in domestic service and repair work. The position plays a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality repairs and servicing.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out service and repair work on domestic heating systems

Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

Deliver excellent customer service on every visit

Ensure all work is completed in line with company and industry standards

Work one Saturday in every four as part of a rota
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Service and Repair role

Must reside in the DE postcode area (due to travel and response requirements)

Full UK driving licence

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

Relevant domestic gas/heating certifications preferred
