Shifts and pay rates: Monday to Friday from 10:00-18:00, pay rate is £13.00
Key Responsibilities

Safely load, transport, and deliver bulk parcels and palletized goods to customers and businesses.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with company standards.

Plan delivery routes efficiently to meet time-sensitive delivery windows.

Use DPD’s handheld delivery system to scan parcels, capture signatures, and update delivery status in real time.

Ensure all deliveries and collections are made in line with company policies and customer requirements.

Maintain communication with depot dispatchers and customers where necessary.

Handle parcels carefully to avoid damage and ensure accuracy of deliveries.

Adhere to all road safety regulations, company driving policies, and Health & Safety procedures.

Provide friendly, professional customer service on every delivery.

Report any delivery issues, incidents, or vehicle defects promptly.
