We’re looking for a detail-oriented Customs Administrator to join the busy Customs Team based in Feltham.
This is a fast-paced role where accuracy and organisation are essential. You’ll be responsible for processing customs documentation, supporting import and export activities, and ensuring shipments move efficiently through customs processes.

What You’ll Be Doing
Prepare and process import and export customs documentation.
Ensure customs declarations are completed accurately and on time.
Verify shipment information and supporting documentation.
Enter and maintain accurate data across customs systems.
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to resolve customs queries.
Monitor customs entries and assist in resolving clearance issues.
Ensure compliance with customs procedures and company processes.
Support the wider customs and operations teams with administrative duties.
Maintain accurate records and meet strict operational deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
Previous administration experience, ideally within logistics, freight or customs.
Good understanding of import and export procedures and documentation.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Desirable Experience
Knowledge of CDS (Customs Declaration Service).
Understanding of Incoterms, tariff classifications and customs valuation.
Experience using NCTS or NES systems.
