First Call Contract Services are currently recruiting for our client in Ashford, Kent.
We have a great position on offer as Customer Service Advisor ( Call Centre) ongoing work with a chance of a permanent contract
DBS Check required. 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday with flexibility (Rotational Shifts).
General Duties for Customer Service Advisor
|*Liaising directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
*Responding promptly to customer enquiries.
*Handling and resolving customer complaints.
*Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints.
*Perform customer verifications.
*Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
*Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
*Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
*Record details of enquiries, comments and complaints.
*Record details of actions taken.
*Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
*Follow up on customer interactions.
*Suggest better ways of working and improving effectiveness and efficiency.
*Cover reception duties where required.
*Any other management request.

*Commitment to aims and values of the company
*Awareness of and experience in data handling, data integrity and data security
*Sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office for spreadsheets and reporting
*Working under pressure and meeting deadlines

*Working on own initiative
*Ability and willingness to learn new skills quickly
