    Chef – Production Kitchen

    Salary: £27,000 – £28,500 depending on experience
    Shifts Available:

    • Day Shift: 8:30am – 5:00pm
    • Night Shift: 1:00pm – 10:00pm or 2:00pm – 11:00pm

    Our client is looking for chefs who are happy to work either a day shift or a night shift.

    As the business continues to grow, our client is looking to welcome experienced Chefs to their Production Kitchen team in Park Royal. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that is passionate about creating nutritious meals for babies, toddlers and young children.

    The Role

    This is a production kitchen environment where you’ll be preparing large batches of high-quality meals using fresh ingredients while maintaining exceptional food safety and hygiene standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Cook a variety of child-friendly recipes in large batches using company recipes
    • Operate and work confidently with Bratt Pans and other production kitchen equipment
    • Follow seasonal menus and production schedules
    • Maintain excellent food hygiene and food safety standards at all times
    • Keep work areas clean, organised and compliant with health and safety regulations

    What We’re Looking For

    • Previous experience working within a production kitchen is essential
    • Experience using Bratt Pans is highly desirable
    • Previous experience working within a CPU (Central Production Unit) or high-volume food production environment
    • Strong understanding of food hygiene and food safety standards
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
    • Passion for producing high-quality food
