First Call Aviation is looking to add to our Aviation Screening & Referencing team based at out offices near Heathrow in Staines upon Thames, TW18 4QY
The role is an integral part of peoples journey to working in an airport or other aviation facilities across the UK.
As part of the vetting team you:
- Validate full 5-year employment/activity history check for all applicants.
- Ensure all vetting standards are met and delivered in line with current regulations
- Apply for UK Criminal Record and Disclosure Scotland checks
- Prepare and authenticate all documents for submissions to Regulated Agents or Airport ID Centres.
- Ensure all applicants receive a dedicated service.
- Updating daily management reports
- Deliver and oversee all Aviation Security for cleared applicants.
What you need to part of our team is
- Good communication skills for verbal and written
- An eye for detail and a curious mind
- Strong administration skills
- Strong IT skills – including MS OFFICE
- Ability to prioritise workload to maximise delivery to customers and candidates.
- Good customer service skills
- Able to be flexible in getting the ‘Work done’ with a can do attitude
What’s on Offer
A good starting salary – £28,000/year DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE plus benefits
Suiting work schedule – Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00
