Salary: £34,000-£35,000 per annum
Our client is a London-based wholesale distributor specialising in branded footwear, sports apparel and lifestyle products. Working with globally recognised brands including New Balance, Nike, Adidas, Crocs and The North Face, they source and distribute stock to retailers, wholesalers and export partners across the UK and international markets.
This is a full-time, on-site role suited to someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, works well as part of a team, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.
Working Hours
- 40 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday.
- Current working hours are 8:30am-5:00pm.
- A 30-minute unpaid lunch break applies each day.
- Paid overtime will be required from time to time to support operational demands.
- Overtime is defined as any hours worked over 8 paid working hours on a weekday (excluding the unpaid lunch break), and any hours worked on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Role Responsibilities
- Receive, check and process incoming stock accurately.
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders on time and to a high standard.
- Operate a forklift to move, load and organise palletised goods.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
- Support stock counts and assist with inventory management activities.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve daily operational targets.
- Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse operations.
- Support the Warehouse Manager with general warehouse duties and operational priorities as required.

- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately.
- Comfortable working in a physical, hands-on role.
- A team player with strong communication skills.
- A valid forklift licence (FLT) is preferred.
- Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment is preferred; however, motivated candidates without direct experience are encouraged to apply.
