First Call Contract Services are recruiting for a Assistant Onsite Account Coordinator to work alongside our current team onsite in Hatfield, offering a salary between £23k and £25k depending on experience.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, approachable and hardworking under pressure.
Duties of a Assistant Onsite Account Coordinator include but are not limited to:
-Check in all staff daily
-Complete daily logs to show attendance
-Analyse the MI data
-Spend time on the shop floor making sure that the workers are in their correct place of work, motivated and that they wear the correct PPE
-Advertise, respond and recruit staff for our client. Monitoring and managing the candidate flow
Our client works Sunday to Friday, approx 0900 – 0100. Shift start and finish does fluctuate dependent on work load.
Shifts for Assistant Onsite Account Coordinator
Working hours / days will be based on covering 5 days in 6 across Sunday to Friday. 10 Hours on site per day during the shift duration dictated by the client. This will usually consist of a 8/9am start until 4/5pm or around 12/1pm until 10/11pm so flexibility is key with current onsite colleagues based on a rota. Salary will be between £23k and £25k depending on experience.
