    First Call Contract Services Ltd are looking for an administrator to join their busy recruitment team in Braintree town centre.

    First Call Contract Services are one of the largest temping agencies in the UK, and our Braintree office provides temporary staff to local councils, warehouses, distribution companies and manufacturers in Essex and parts of Suffolk.
    We are looking for someone for maternity cover for an existing employee for at least six months, although this could lead to a permanent position if you enjoy the role and want to stay.
    The role will involve;
    • Helping to book candidates into jobs with a range of clients
    • Recruiting new staff and processing their applications
    • Using and updating our internal database
    • Learning how to process payroll for some of our colleagues
    • Once trained, talking to clients to understand their staff requirements
    • Talking to candidates on the phone and answering emails
    We can offer hours to suit your needs, ideally 08.00 – 17.00, Monday to Friday.
    We need someone who is an good communicator and computer literate. You’ll be involved in a variety of projects and given the opportunity to show your creativity and initiative. If you can speak Romanian it would be useful, but not essential.
