First Call Contract Services have heavily invested in technology and processes, increasing their ability to recruit high numbers of colleagues quickly and efficiently with right skills to add value to their clients.
First Call Contract Services’ new web based application process also enables us to reduce wasted time for colleagues not to mention the mountains of admin our internal teams battle with.
How? Colleagues choose a role or register online highlighting the work they are interested in by completing the basic phases of the application including uploading a CV. This information is then automatically populated into First Call’s client relationship management system enabling their teams select and filter individuals requesting only the most suitable applicants are requested to attend interview.
