David Segust- Compliance Director- Congratulations on 25 years of service!
First Call Contract Services pass on their warmest congratulations to David Segust on his completion of 25 years’ of service with the business.
From being the first employee offered a role by the founder (and current CEO) David Mankelow, to ensuring compliance for the UK’s 6th largest Industrial labour provider, David has carried out a multitude of roles within the company.
The industry has seen multiple changes over the years, including the Implementation of GLAA licenses, and initiatives such as “Stronger Together” David has held places on various GLAA and ALP committees, ensuring the company is at the forefront of welfare initiatives within supply chains, not to mention providing a wealth of knowledge, training and practical advice for clients.
Protecting everyone has become second nature to Dave. Current and forthcoming projects will only enhance our robust levels of compliance further.
