Who are we looking for?
- An individual with a previous track record of success in selling Recruitment solutions
- Someone who can hold credible conversations up to and including Director level
- Someone who can be ideally based in either Birmingham or Leicester.
The most important attribute we look for in candidates is someone who possesses a “Can do attitude” we can coach/mentor and teach the other skills needed.
