Our compliance is measured and monitored by the results obtained from our extensive internal audit programme. In addition, there are numerous external audits undertaken through the year ranging from pre-supply audits to ISO 9001. Employment Businesses must also complete a bi-annual industry standard compliance test, set buy the Recruitment & Employment Confederation. Our last REC compliance test was taken in November 2015 and we scored 97%.
