Our compliance is measured and monitored by the results obtained from our extensive internal audit programme. In addition, there are numerous external audits undertaken through the year. Employment Businesses must also complete a bi-annual industry standard compliance test, set buy the Recruitment & Employment Confederation. Our last REC compliance test was taken in November 2015 and we scored 97%.
