Starlinks is looking for reliable, hardworking and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our busy warehouse team in Sunbury-on-Thames.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude and are happy to get hands-on with a variety of warehouse duties, we’d love to hear from you!
Available Shifts
We have two shifts available:
- Day Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Afternoon/Evening Shift: 3:30pm – 12:00 midnight
Both shifts include a 30-minute unpaid break.
Pay rate: £13.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
- Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Packing products ready for dispatch.
- Using handheld scanners to track orders and stock.
- Loading and unloading parcels.
- Sorting parcels and stock within the warehouse.
- Handling parcels of different sizes, following safe manual handling practices.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
- Working closely with the warehouse team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be:
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Physically capable of handling parcels of different sizes and weights safely.
- Able to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
- A good team player with a positive attitude.
- Able to follow instructions and health and safety procedures.
- Comfortable using handheld scanners or willing to learn.
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, provided you have the right attitude and willingness to learn.
