We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised contract packing business, considered to be the leader in its field. Pay rates from £13.71 per hour. The role of Contract Packing Team Leader is based in Syston.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of contract packing operators and temporary staff.
- Ensure packing lines meet daily production targets and customer deadlines.
- Monitor product quality and compliance with customer specifications.
- Conduct line start-ups, changeovers, and end-of-shift procedures.
- Train and coach team members on operational procedures, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Complete production reports, KPI tracking, and shift documentation accurately.
- Investigate and report quality, safety, and production issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained in accordance with company policies.
- Liaise with warehouse, production, quality, and planning teams to ensure smooth operations.
