Clinical Recycling Operative – Rainham
We are currently recruiting for a Operatives. This role is critical to the success of our operations and offers a varied range of responsibilities within a busy working environment.
What will your role involve?
- Using bespoke machinery to load and operate the sanitisation system
- Handling, cleaning and quality-checking specialist containers
- Lifting, pulling and pushing transporters
- Carrying out spot checks with a strong attention to detail
- Maintaining general housekeeping standards
- Standing comfortably for extended periods
- Working effectively as part of a team
- Supporting colleagues and the wider operation as required

- Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday:
10:00am-8:00pm initially, moving to 12:00pm-10:00pm
OR 7:00am-5:00pm
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a production or warehouse environment, ideally within a fast-paced setting.
Teamwork is a key part of this role. You will need to communicate effectively with colleagues across the plant, work safely and efficiently, and be willing to support the wider team whenever required.
You should have:
