    We’re looking for talented Submersible Pump Engineers to join a growing, forward-thinking business that has built an outstanding reputation for quality, innovation and customer service. Do you live in London or within the M25, Hertfordshire, Essex, Bedfordshire?

    Whether you’re already an experienced Pump Engineer or have transferable mechanical or electrical experience, you’ll receive specialist training (depending on your current skill set) with the opportunity to progress into a fully autonomous Service Engineer.

    The Role

    Working across London and within the M25, you’ll install, service and repair submersible ground, surface and foul water pump systems at both domestic and light commercial properties.

    No two days are the same. You’ll either work independently or as part of a small, supportive team, diagnosing faults, carrying out preventative maintenance and ensuring customers receive a first-class service every time.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Installing, servicing and repairing submersible pump systems.
    • Fault finding and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
    • Planned preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown response.
    • Providing customers with technical advice and recommendations.
    • Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records.
    • Working closely with office-based support teams to ensure excellent customer service.
    • Representing the company professionally on every customer visit.

    About You

    We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and eager to continue developing their engineering career.

    You’ll ideally have:

    • Experience working on submersible pump systems or a similar mechanical/electrical engineering background.
    • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving ability.
    • A professional, customer-focused attitude.
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • A full UK driving licence, held for at least 12 months.
    • Be based in London or within the M25.
    • The right to work in the UK.
