- Managing aviation vetting processes, including experience using ID Gateway systems to submit full air side passes for various UK airports.
- Completing and validating 5-year employment and activity history checks for applicants.
- Ensuring all security screening requirements are met in line with current aviation regulations.
- Processing UK Criminal Record and Disclosure Scotland checks.
- Preparing, checking, and authenticating documentation for submission to Regulated Agents and Airport ID Centres.
- Providing every applicant with a professional, supportive, and dedicated service throughout their journey.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating daily management reports.
- Supporting the delivery of aviation security clearance processes for approved applicants.
