We have an exciting opportunity for HGV Class 2 drivers to work on a local council contract, initially driving an HGV class 2 Romaquips Vehicle, and moving onto RCV’s, a permanent position will be available for those who qualify, rates from £18.00 phr for new pass drivers and to £22.00 phr for experienced Drivers
New Pass HGV Drivers will be considered
Shifts for HGV class 2 Drivers:
- 06.45 to 15.15
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend work optional
- Working as part crew
Pay: Experienced Drivers
- Mon to Fri £22.00 per hour
- Overtime after 40 hours £33.00
- £33.00 Saturday
- £44.00 Sun B/Hols
- Paid weekly
Pay: New Pass Drivers
- Mon to Fri £18.00 per hour
- Overtime after 40 hours £27.00
- £27.00 Saturday
- £36.00 Sun B/Hols
- Paid weekly
Main Duties of HGV Class 2:
- Driving Romaquips / RCV’s Vehicle in a professional manor
- Making waste collections
- Max of six points for minor offences, no DR10 IN10 or DG10
