Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

The Role:
We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and fast-paced team based in Doncaster. This role focuses on proactive customer communication, ensuring customers are fully informed and prepared ahead of their scheduled deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making a high volume of outbound calls to customers regarding upcoming deliveries
- Confirming delivery details and ensuring accuracy of customer information
- Providing clear, friendly, and professional communication at all times
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
- Updating internal systems with relevant call outcomes and notes
- Working towards daily and weekly call targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is desirable
- Ability to work in a high-volume, target-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
