Shift Pattern: 4 on / 2 off
Shift Time: 14:00 to 22:00
About the Role
We are recruiting experienced Chefs to join a busy aviation catering unit supporting airline meal production. This is a high-volume kitchen environment where consistency, quality, and compliance are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing meals in line with airline specifications
- Working in a high-volume production kitchen
- Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards
- Ensuring strict adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations
- Supporting kitchen operations and meeting production targets
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Team player with good communication skills
- Must be able to pass aviation security checks (5-year referencing & RTW)
