About the Role
Join a leading company in the micromobility industry as a Van Driver in London. The main objective of the role is to balance bike availability across the London area, ensuring riders can reliably access bikes across the City.
By relocating bikes throughout the day from high-demand or overcrowded locations to areas with low availability, drivers support smooth operations and help maintain a consistent and positive user experience across the network.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive a van to designated bike locations across London.

Identify and collect bikes from overcrowded or full bays, particularly in high-demand or hotspot areas.

Redistribute bikes to empty or low-capacity bays to help maintain a balanced network.

Follow operational instructions and use mobile apps or systems to monitor bay capacity and task assignments.

Safely load, transport, and unload bikes while following health and safety procedures.

Support the overall organisation and accessibility of the bike network for riders.

Requirements

Full, clean UK driving licence (Category B).

Comfortable driving a van across London.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
