We have an exciting opportunity to join our very successful Leicester based team as a Recruitment Consultant and working for a nationally recognised logistics business, considered to be the leader in its field. Starting salary from £28k + Benefits, based in Leicester.
Previous recruitment/account management would be beneficial but not essential as we offer full training and support for you to succeed in your role!
We’re looking for a bright, hardworking individual who has the ability to build quality relationships and who is ready to dive headfirst into a fast-paced, success driven environment.

The role:
- Managing day to day work schedules for temporary staff within our client base.
- Interviewing and assessing candidates
- Conducting site tours and inductions
- Managing temporary staff and clients needs outside of working hours and during some weekends
