Salary: £27,248 per annum (plus a confirmed pay increase scheduled in a few months)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting for motivated and reliable Forklift Drivers to join a leading dedicated Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment processing facility. Core Responsibilities

Manoeuvring Materials: Operating accredited counterbalance forklifts to move, load, and unload electronic waste materials safely.

Warehouse Support: When not operating the forklift, you will be expected to assist with general operative duties, including manual handling, sorting equipment, and site maintenance.

Safety & Compliance: Adhering strictly to health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Teamwork: Supporting the wider team in meeting daily processing and recycling targets.
What We Are Looking For

Accredited Forklift License: Must hold a valid, externally recognised forklift license. Please note: In-house licenses cannot be accepted for this role.

Forklift Proficiency: Proven experience operating a counterbalance truck in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Flexible Attitude: A willingness to get stuck into general operative work and manual tasks when not on the truck.

Reliable & Committed: A solid work ethic and the ability to work as part of a dedicated team.

Availability: Ready to start and commit to a permanent 10 PM – 6 AM schedule.
