We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised manufacturing business, considered to be the leader in its field. Pay rates from £14.42 per hour depending on shifts. The role of Machine Setter is based in Needham Market.

Shifts for Machine Setter:
- 07:15 to 17:30
- Monday to Thursday
- One in four Fridays from 08:00 – 12:00 (paid extra)
Pay:
- £14.42 per hour
- Paid weekly
- Temp to perm after 12 weeks
- £30,000pa once permanent
Main Duties of Machine Setter:
- Guarantee and optimise the good working order of production machinery
- Ensure all machinery is ready for production in a timely manner
- Ensure product quality standards are adhered to and issues are dealt with in a prompt manner
- Ensuring documentation is updated to reflect any production changes
- Ensure good two-way communication with other staff members to ensure production runs effectively
- Take a proactive approach to report any safety issues
- Bring forward ideas of new or improved production processes, which can lower costs
