Production Supervisor – Food Manufacturing
Location: Ashford
Hours: 6:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Thursday (Friday overtime 1.25x)
Salary: £33,000 per year (DOE)
Our client, a fast-paced food manufacturing business, is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead production teams, and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support production teams to achieve daily targets

Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and GMP standards

Manage production KPIs, staffing, and documentation

Liaise with Engineering, Warehouse, and Supply Chain to maintain smooth operations

Support continuous improvement initiatives and NPD trials
Requirements:
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in food manufacturing or FMCG
-
Food Safety Level 2

Strong knowledge of food production practices and quality standards

Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
-
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
