Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am Starts

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our busy furniture distribution team. You will play a key part in ensuring all furniture items are handled, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities

Picking and packing furniture orders accurately

Loading and unloading deliveries (manual handling involved)

Assisting with the assembly or inspection of furniture items

Moving stock around the warehouse using manual handling equipment

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Completing basic warehouse paperwork and using handheld scanners

Supporting stock checks and inventory processes

Working as part of a team to meet daily warehouse targets
Requirements
-
Previous warehouse experience

Good level of physical fitness – able to lift heavy/ bulky items safely

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and a good team player

Basic understanding of health & safety procedures
