Recruiting a Loading Shovel Driver for our recycling client in Southend, Essex. Full valid wheeled loading shovel licence required. From £13.75 per hour. Experience necessary.
Shifts and Pay Rates for Loading Shovel Driver:
- * Monday to Friday shift rotation of 0700 – 1700, 0600 – 1800, 2300 – 0700
- 4 week rolling rota

Daily Duties of Loading Shovel Driver will be:
– Operate and maintain loading shovel equipment to load recyclable materials onto trucks, conveyors, or designated areas
– Conduct inspections of equipment to identify any maintenance needs and ensure safe operation
– Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to prevent accidents and injuries
– Taking direction from supervisors and management
– A flexible approach to working hours and the willingness to work outside of normal hours is required from time to time
