Salary: £35,000 PER YEAR
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Holiday: 28 days (including bank holidays)

Are you passionate about people and love matching the right person to the right role? Our client is looking for a friendly and proactive Resourcing Coordinator to become the go-to link between their operations team and recruitment partners.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in making sure the business has the right people in place at the right time, flexing resources to support seasonal peaks and changes. You’ll also make sure candidates enjoy a smooth, positive journey from start to finish because the recruitment experience really matters.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in a resourcing role, ideally with recruitment agency liaison

Knowledge of recruitment best practice and current legislation

Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel

Great communication and organisation skills

Ability to build strong relationships across the business
