We have an exciting opportunity to work for a local council, in their waste services department. Pay rates from £14.01 per hour. The role of 7.5t HGV Driver is based in Braintree.
Please note you will need to have Cat C1E or Cat C entitlement on your driving licence, CPC training and a tacho card to apply for this role.

Shifts for 7.5t HGV Driver:
- 07:00 to finish, usually before 15:00
- Monday to Friday (some Saturdays following a Bank Holiday)
- 37 hours per week guaranteed even if working less
Pay:
- £14.01 per hour
- £21.01 per hour after 37 hours worked in one week
- Paid weekly
Main Duties of 7.5t HGV Driver:
- Collecting domestic waste from the Braintree area
- Safety driving a 7.5t truck
- Daily pre-vehicle checks
- Helping the general public
- No multi-drop, early finishes with guaranteed hours, no long drives
