    We are looking for a conscientious Production Chef / Cook for one of our clients to join a team in a growing company in food production market located in Park Royal NW10.

    Rates: £13.50 p/h

    Monday -Friday

    14:00-22:00

    You need to have experience to succeed in this role;The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food preparation and production, with good attention to detail. You will be responsible for managing kitchen operations during your shift and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are met. This role requires leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.We offer full support for you to succeed in your role!

    Fluent English is essential.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and standards.
    • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health and safety regulations.
    • Manage food production processes, including portion control, presentation, and storage.
    • Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure optimal performance.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
    • Manage inventory and minimise waste.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Production Chef / Cook within a professional kitchen environment (min 2 years experience working autonomously)
    • Strong knowledge of food preparation methods and food safety practices.
    • Ability to work with a diverse team effectively.
    • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of food production.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality & safety.
    • Bratt pan experience highly desirable.
