    We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised waste business, considered to be the leader in its field. The role of Warehouse Operative is based in Enfield.

    Shifts for Fly Tip Loader/Sweeper :

    • 6am-2pm Monday-Friday

    Pay :

    • Paid weekly

    Fly Tip Loader/Sweeper:

    • Load and remove dumped waste from public and private land
    • Assist with manual handling of various waste types (e.g., household rubbish, construction debris, bulky items)
    • Work closely with the driver and other team members to complete jobs efficiently
    • Keep accurate records of waste collections and report findings if necessary
    • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
    • Conduct pre and post-job site checks to ensure thorough clean-up
    • Maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward the public and colleagues
    • Driving the van with colleugues to different locations.

    Requirements:

    • Able to handle heavy lifting

    • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

    • Punctual, reliable, and hard-working

    • Strong attention to detail and safety

    • Previous waste handling or manual labour experience is a plus

    • A valid UK manual driving licence is essential

    • Be able to provide employment references that cover the last 2 years
