Sales Manager
Location: Edmonton, North London
Job Type: Full-Time (including 1 Sunday per month)
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (negotiable depending on experience) plus performance bonus (post-probation)

The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a motivated, commercially minded and client-focused Sales Manager to join their business. This role will focus on managing and growing their enterprise customer segment, driving revenue, and strengthening long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a portfolio of B2B clients, understanding their needs and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Proactively source new business through research, outbound outreach, and industry networking
Conduct regular client visits, including monthly sales trips, to nurture relationships and identify growth potential
Maintain accurate sales records and participate in quarterly sales reviews
Collaborate with internal teams such as buying, marketing, and warehouse to ensure excellent customer service and operational alignment
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 9:00am-5:30pm
Friday, 9:00am-3:30pm (winter months) or 4:30pm (summer months)
One Sunday per month, 8:30am-3:00pm
No additional weekend expectations

What You’ll Bring:
1-2 years’ sales experience (B2B preferred)
Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel
