    The Opportunity:
    Our client is seeking a motivated, commercially minded and client-focused Sales Manager to join their business. This role will focus on managing and growing their enterprise customer segment, driving revenue, and strengthening long-term client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and develop a portfolio of B2B clients, understanding their needs and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities

    • Proactively source new business through research, outbound outreach, and industry networking

    • Conduct regular client visits, including monthly sales trips, to nurture relationships and identify growth potential

    • Maintain accurate sales records and participate in quarterly sales reviews

    • Collaborate with internal teams such as buying, marketing, and warehouse to ensure excellent customer service and operational alignment

    Working Hours:

    • Monday to Thursday, 9:00am-5:30pm

    • Friday, 9:00am-3:30pm (winter months) or 4:30pm (summer months)

    • One Sunday per month, 8:30am-3:00pm

    • No additional weekend expectations

    Performance Bonus:

    • Paid annually at the end of the calendar year, starting after successful completion of 6-month probation

    • Sales Manager bonus: Percentage based on total sales taken

    What You’ll Bring:

    • 1-2 years’ sales experience (B2B preferred)

    • Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel

    • Proficiency with CRM and digital sales tools

    • Strong communication and client engagement skills
