FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED
Shifts: 4 ON 4 OFF
Hours: Average 42 hour per week – Start/Finish times between 03:00 – 23:00
Pay: £12.50
About The Role:
- Must have full UK driving license as will assist with transporting passengers to the aircraft
- The main purpose of the role is to ensure the safe transfer of Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) through the airport terminal in a timely manner, providing mobility assistance and enabling passengers to enjoy all aspects of the airport experience.
- We are looking for a customer focused and friendly individual to join our team of workers and help create a memorable experience for every visitor to the airport.
Main Duties:
- Marshall ambilift vehicles onto and off of an aircraft
- Meet and greet arriving/departing/transferring Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM)
- Transport PRMs using a minibus
- Communicate effectively with the passengers and staff
- Assist Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) at drop off/pick up points, airline check-In, airport security and pre-boarding aircraft
- In a safely manner, assist in the transfer of passengers from aircraft to airport terminal using various equipment
- Comply with all Health & Safety regulations
- Use company equipment responsibly ensuring all equipment
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Ability to communicate with people and colleagues at all levels
- Ability to lift passengers in accordance with manual handling guidelines.
- Confident driving
